Personal Trainer and Coach
A passionate fitness enthusiast, with a love for fitness classes, running, Squash and HYROX.
Her journey through fitness and her positivity is inspiring. She regularly organises runs with members and you can catch her teaching in classes such as True Grit, Pump and Circuit. Cat supports Personal Training Clients to boost their fitness for HYROX events and general Weight Management.
Pete Staples
Director and Lead Coach
With 20 years experience in the health and fitness industry delivering Group Fitness and Personal Training. Pete has a huge amount of knowledge and experience and has helped 100s of people improve their health and fitness using a fun and motivational approach to training. Pete specialises in Group Fitness, Weight Management and Strength and Conditioning .
Alex Rastin
Personal Trainer and Coach
A positive and motivating trainer and loves outdoor adventure and has been known to jump out of aeroplanes on her days off regularly.
Alex supports beginners to exercise and take the first steps to making exercise a positive part of everyday life.
Alex guides personal training clients to make exercise an enjoyable part of everyday life and also prepares clients for their own outdoor adventures.
