What's Hyrox?
HYROX is a global fitness race that combines 1km runs with functional workouts. Each event includes eight 1km runs, alternated with eight workout stations, such as SkiErg, Sled Push, Sled Pull, Burpee Broad Jumps, Rowing, Farmer’s Carry, Sandbag Lunges, and Wall Balls. It’s designed to test endurance, strength, and mental grit, making it the ultimate challenge for athletes of all levels.
