Pete has a huge amount of knowledge and experience and has helped 100s of people improve their health and fitness using a fun and motivational approach to training. Pete specialises in Group Fitness, Weight Management and Strength and Conditioning .

Alex is a positive and motivating trainer and loves outdoor adventure and has been known to jump out of aeroplanes on her days off.
Alex loves to support beginners to exercise find their feet and take the first steps to making exercise a positive part of everyday life.
Alex supports personal training clients to make exercise an enjoyable part of everyday life and also prepares clients for their own outdoor adventures.
