    You’ll follow a clear, simple action plan, supported by coaches who guide you every step of the way.

    Over your 12 weeks you will:
    • assess your starting point and build a simple action plan
    • train in supportive groups
    • follow a structured weekly plan
    • gradually build strength and fitness
    • be coached on technique
    • stay accountable and consistent
