    I’ve been coaching for over 20 years, helping people get stronger, healthier, and more confident through group fitness and personal training.

    For me, fitness has never been about punishment it’s about finding a way to move that challenges you, supports you, and fits into your life long-term. I believe that when you’re surrounded by good people and guided with structure, everything changes.

    I specialise in Group Fitness, Strength & Conditioning, and Weight Management.

    But most of all, I care about making training something people enjoy and stick with.

    I love functional training and running but really, anything that gets me outdoors and moving!

    My main focus is helping people who are new to fitness, or returning after a break.

    I understand how uncomfortable it can feel stepping into a space that’s unfamiliar. That’s why I do everything I can to make our studio feel inviting, supportive, and like somewhere you want to be.

    For me one of the best feelings is helping people realise they’re capable of more than they thought.
