With over 2 decades of experience in the health and fitness industry delivering Group Fitness and Personal Training. Pete has a huge amount of knowledge and experience and has helped 100s of people improve their health and fitness using a fun and motivational approach to training. Pete specialises in Group Fitness, Weight Management and Strength and Conditioning .

Hannah
Group Fitness Coach
A positive and motivating trainer who loves outdoor adventure and functional training.
Hannah’s all about helping people realise what they’re capable of whether you’re just starting out or ready to level up.
She supports beginners to take that first step and encourages everyone to make training a natural, enjoyable part of life.
